Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel at any time prior to signing their lease agreement. Once the lease has been signed, however, it becomes a binding contract for a 1-year term. Please keep in mind that you are signing a commercial office lease, not enrolling in a month-to-month subscription that can be cancelled at any time.

After the lease has been signed and onboarding is complete, cancellation and refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

That said, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction and will make every reasonable effort to address concerns with our service. If Nomadpreneur is ultimately unable to meet your business’s needs, we are happy to consider an appropriate resolution, including a refund where warranted.
